How long will I have access to the online publications?
The online books will be available for the entire school year, beginning August 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019. If you wish to have access to files for the following school year, the school simply renews its license. Reactivation of access occurs after renewal.

How is access established?

After ordering via phone, the teacher or administrator will be given one (1) password per child.

Must I use your password or can I create my own?

We assign each school or parish passwords designed to eliminate technology issues so that you can experience full, unobstructed access to all the resources and material available online. Each password is user-friendly and audience-appropriate.

What if something isn’t working? What kind of tech support is available?

Loyola Press stands by each of our products and are happy to help with any service or technical issues that may arise about the digital publications web application and any issues with passwords. Specific technical support within the school is the responsibility of the individual school.

Can I purchase a subscription for more than one year at a time?

Currently, Loyola Press’ online textbook publications are available on a one-year basis.

What are my pricing options?

Pricing is by subscription and varies by product. See the following for product specific pricing: Christ Our Life, Finding God, Encontrando a Dios, and Voyages in English. Just like a magazine, customers buy for a length of time and when that time is up, they must renew to continue to receive the content. Content is accessible from August 1 through June 30. After that time, schools and parishes must renew for the upcoming school year. We’ll keep in touch to remind you when it’s time to renew.
